About Us

The function band Everyday People came together in October 2004 for a one-off private function at Burhill Golf Club in Hersham, Surrey. That night was a resounding success and Everyday People have gone from strength to strength ever since.

Band Members Caris, Peter, Mike, Sam, Alex and Penny can guarantee you a full dance floor and a night to remember!

Everyday People are an in-demand function band for private parties, weddings and corporate functions in the south east area of the U.K. Their clients include Foxhills Golf Club, Northcote House Ascot, Select Singles, Connect 2, Abbey Moor Golf Club, Princes Water Ski Club, Danes Hill P.T.A., Hampton Court Golf Club, Esher Rugby Football Club and many more private parties.

Everyday People’s playlist has grown to include funk, disco, r’n’b, classic rock and contemporary pop songs totalling over 80 party hits! EDP’s playlist continues to grow and new songs are continuously added to suit all tastes and functions.

Everyday People are professionally trained musicians and are happy to accept your song requests! EDP strives to tailor their playlist for your event to suit your tastes. Please do not hesitate to request your favourite songs for your special moments at weddings, private functions, reunions or anniversaries.

Everyday People provide their own sound system and lighting and can also provide pre-record background music during your event.
